Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms cover wobbleduck.com and the games WobbleDuck LLC makes. By using the site or a game, or buying an unlock, you agree to them, along with the Desktop License, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Who we are
WobbleDuck LLC, an Arizona company, makes and publishes the games and licenses them to you.
Buying is for grown-ups
Accounts and purchases are for adults: you must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. Our games for children are meant to be played with a parent’s permission. Children shouldn’t make purchases or write to us.
Buying a desktop unlock
- Unlocks for the Windows and Mac versions are sold on wobbleduck.com by Link, part of Stripe, as the merchant of record. Link takes the payment, collects any sales tax, VAT or GST, sends your receipt and handles payment questions, under Link’s own terms.
- Prices are in US dollars. Tax, where it applies, is added at checkout, and Link may show the price in your local currency.
- After payment we email your unlock code and download links to the address you gave at checkout, and save the purchase to your WobbleDuck account for that address.
- What you buy is a license to use a game’s premium parts, as the Desktop License sets out. It isn’t a sale of the software.
- Promo codes and sale prices apply only as stated, can’t be exchanged for cash and end when they say they do.
Phone and tablet versions
The App Store and Google Play sell the phone and tablet versions under their own terms. Those purchases, and their refunds, are between you and Apple or Google.
Each platform is a separate purchase: an unlock bought on wobbleduck.com doesn’t carry over to a phone or tablet, and a purchase in an app store doesn’t unlock the Windows or Mac version.
Refunds
The Refund Policy explains how to get a refund and what a refund does to your unlock code.
Your account
- Your WobbleDuck account is the email address used at checkout and the purchases made with it. We sign you in with links we email you, so keep that email account secure.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account page or by emailing us. Games you unlocked stay unlocked.
Using the site and games
- Please don’t misuse the site or the games: no trying to break in, overload or scrape the site, and no getting around unlock codes or download links.
- Everything on the site and in the games, including the art, characters, music, names and code, belongs to WobbleDuck LLC or its licensors.
Changes
We may update the games, the site and these terms. When the terms change, we update the date at the top of this page; using the site or games after that means you accept the new terms. A change never takes away a license you’ve already paid for.
Our responsibility
We work hard to make the site and games reliable, but they’re provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires. As far as the law allows, WobbleDuck LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim about a purchase is what you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, please write to us first so we can try to put it right. If we can’t, disputes go to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law where you live lets you bring them where you live.
