Desktop License
Last updated October 22, 2026
This license is between you and WobbleDuck LLC for the Windows and Mac versions of our games. It applies when you install or play one. If you don’t agree, please don’t install or use the game.
The free parts
Each desktop game is a free download, and its free parts are yours to play with no purchase or account. In Wobbleville, Race Track, Pizza Parlor and Launch Pad are free.
Unlocking the premium parts
- A one-time purchase on wobbleduck.com unlocks a game’s premium parts, such as Wobbleville’s other six games. There’s no subscription.
- WobbleDuck LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the unlocked parts for non-commercial play by you and your household.
- Each purchase’s unlock code works on up to 5 computers at once. To use it on another, remove a computer from your WobbleDuck account first.
- Unlocking contacts wobbleduck.com once, with the unlock code (or your sign-in) and a random device id. After that the game plays offline. When the computer happens to be online, the game may check in to pick up new purchases or refunds, but it never needs to.
What the license doesn’t allow
- Sharing, selling or giving away an unlock code outside your household, or using it on more computers than it allows.
- Copying, selling, renting or redistributing a game, or using it to make money, such as charging others to play it.
- Reverse-engineering or modifying a game, or getting around its unlock, except where the law allows it despite this.
Refunds and disputes
If a purchase is refunded in full, or its charge is disputed with your bank, its unlock code stops working and the premium parts lock again the next time the game checks in. The free parts keep working. If a dispute is decided in our favour, the code works again.
Who owns what
The games, including their art, characters, music, names and code, belong to WobbleDuck LLC or its licensors. This license lets you use them; it doesn’t give you ownership.
Updates
We may release updates that fix or improve a game, and this license covers them. If we ever stop offering a game for download, a copy you’ve already installed keeps working.
Children’s privacy
Our games for children collect nothing about the child, and make no network requests except to unlock. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Ending the license
You can end this license at any time by deleting the game. It ends on its own if you break it, and then you must delete the game.
No warranty
The games are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, WobbleDuck LLC makes no warranties, isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is what you paid for the unlock. Consumer rights that can’t be limited still apply.
Law
This license is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. The Terms of Service cover everything else, including disputes.
